Terms and Conditions for Free PlayStation Giveaway with Orders Over £5,000

1. Eligibility:

⦁ The promotion is open to customers aged 18 or over, residing in the UK, who place an order of £5,000 or more (excluding VAT) with ABC Racking (UK) Ltd during the promotional period.
⦁ Employees of ABC Racking (UK) Ltd , their immediate family members, or anyone connected professionally with the promotion are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Period:

⦁ The promotion runs from 01/10/2024 to 31/10/2024 (inclusive). Orders placed outside of these dates will not qualify for the giveaway.

3. Qualifying Orders:

⦁ To qualify, a single order must total £5,000 or more (excluding VAT and delivery charges) and be placed within the promotion period.
⦁ Orders cannot be combined or split across multiple transactions to qualify.
⦁ Canceled, refunded, or returned orders are not eligible.

4. Giveaway Item:

⦁ One PlayStation 5 (Standard Edition) will be given away per qualifying order.
⦁ The PlayStation model, color, and specifications may vary depending on availability.
⦁ The giveaway item is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.

5. Delivery of the Giveaway:

⦁ The free PlayStation will be shipped to the delivery address specified in the qualifying order within 30 days of the order’s fulfillment, subject to stock availability.

6. Limitations:

⦁ One PlayStation per customer, business, or household during the promotion period, regardless of the number of qualifying orders placed.
⦁ In the event of suspected fraud, abuse, or any violation of these terms, ABC Racking UK Ltd reserves the right to disqualify participants and cancel orders.

7. Returns and Refunds:

⦁ If the qualifying order is returned or cancelled, the PlayStation must also be returned in its original, unopened condition. Failure to return the PlayStation will result in a charge of its full retail value.
⦁ If the PlayStation has already been used or opened, ABC Racking UK Ltd reserves the right to charge the customer for the PlayStation’s full retail price upon order cancellation.

8. General:

⦁ ABC Racking UK Ltd reserves the right to amend or terminate the promotion at any time without notice.
⦁ Any decisions made by ABC Racking UK ltd regarding the giveaway are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
⦁ By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions.

9. Liability:

⦁ ABC Racking UK Ltd is not responsible for any technical issues, delivery delays, or losses that may impact the participation or receipt of the giveaway item.
⦁ ABC Racking (UK) Ltd shall not be liable for any damages or injuries arising from the use of the PlayStation.

10. Data Protection:

⦁ By entering the promotion, participants consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering the giveaway in accordance with ABC Racking (UK) Ltd’s Privacy Policy.
